You'd be surprised how much 4 psi will make... ;) I run mine at 40 psi for everyday driving and 44 when I tow.
Give it a try and see if it does make a difference.. It's free..
Going to LT C rated tires are only 50 psi max..
What's funny is my truck came with the 20" P rated tires, but the spare is an 18" C rated Goodyear..
