2014 F150 SVT Raptor or 2015 Sprinter 3500 4x4 as tow Vhcle

I have a 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe and want to be able to take it off road, over high mountain passes all the while loaded with 2 passengers, 2 mountain bikes, perhaps 2 Enduro Trail bikes and all gear...

The Sprinter will have a higher payload. I have not looked at Raptors in a while, but when they first came out, their payload ratings were less than 1000 lb, but they have probably improved in recent years. Anyway, just something to consider.
