Just as an FYI, here is some more info I found on the 6.4L Hemi in comparison to the car SRT version.

Yes
5.7L - 3.92 x 3.58 (99.5 x 90.9)
6.4L - 4.09 x 3.72(103.9 x 94.6)

Due to the duty cycle with the Chassis Cab applications we added sodium cooled exhaust valves, stainless steel exhaust manifolds and upgraded fasteners and gaskets."
