There was an article a while ago where a 3rd gen Ram/Cummins was tested with about 7 aftermarket air intakes. All made within 1 hp of stock on a chassis dyno. You do lighten your wallet and add more noise from, and dirt to, your engine by buying a "cold air intake" though, so there's that.
