2014 Sales totals
There you go! Looks like GMC/Chevy outsold Ford in the 1500/150 class, and RAM outsold GMC & Chevy combined in 2500/3500 sales. Similar to last year IIRC.

For now all the innovation is with the 1/2 ton pickups from all three manufacturers. Maybe some of it will trickle up to the next class.
So based on the second chart this would mean Ram does not sell any 2500 series trucks? Or Ford sells very few 350.
