2014 Silverado tires question

My 2014 Silverado with 66K miles still has the original Goodyear Wrangler sra tires. They're getting slick and it's time to replace them. Should I replace them with another set of the same or go with something like Michelin Defender ltx ms? What difference would I see between the two in normal driving and towing my 8K pound travel trailer? Thanks.

    Can't speak to the differences you would feel but the Michelins that you referenced are great tires.

    Got ours at Costco...no one could beat the price locally for us.

    Presume half ton based on the tires you're talking about on it.
    If used for towing heavy, I'd upgrade to an LT tire, load range D or E.
    Brand and tread pattern, your choice.
