The back of my truck cab window matches the size and angle of the camper side slopes, so there is no large flat part for wind to hit. So the part that supports the jack brackets is aluminum reinforced with extra bolts to the main body.
The top frame is a combination of a couple 1x2's and a pvc right angle piece, held together by screws and epoxy resin/paste. No aluminum there.
