Since the Ram and GM use the same rear axle I would assume it's a similar amount, it's also a stronger axle than the Ford SRW axle.
Dodge has used torque management since the 2nd gen trucks, I am unsure on the others.
Several years ago I spoke to AAM about the 11.5" axle and got some specs on it. One of them was 480 ft/lbs of engine torque below a certain speed, which was not disclosed but the Engineer I spoke to thought it was around 3rd gear on the auto's.. that's back in the 48RE days.
