2014 Vista Cruiser 19ERD vs 2013 Freedom Express 191RB

I'm a first time TT buyer and am interested in these 2 models. Anyone know of any problems or issues with either model that I should be aware of? There's a bit of buzz about the axle and tire wear on the cruiser; does that apply to the vista? Has it been corrected with the 2014 models? There is a suggestion that it is.

Also, are there any major differences in the strength of the frames? Both seem to have 6-sided welded frames. The cruiser is aluminum; not sure about the express.
