2015 Chevy 1500 6.2L 8 Speed - Ike Gauntlet

I did not like the new body style until I saw a few in person. I have since changed my mind and think they are good looking trucks. My biggest complaint with all the currant GM offerings is that the front end hangs well below the center line of the the wheel. I still go off on some rougher forest service roads. I have never had a lifted truck. I have been able to do this in my old 90 and currant 2000. Looking at all the new GM offerings they have such lousy approach angles you have to lift them a few inches so you do not tare the front bumpers off. And if memory serves me with the 6.2 doesn't it run best on 91 octane?
