I would avoid the 6.0 or the 6.4 Powerstroke Diesels. These were made in model year 03-07 for the 6.0 and 08-10 for the 6.4...
The 2014-2015 Powerstroke is a 6.7L and has a MUCH better reputation than the 6.0 or 6.4 Powerstroke.
