It's pretty simple, do an oil analysis. On top of the oil filter housing there is a 1/8" pipe plug. Remove it and screw in a 1/8" x barbed fitting and get 3' of clear poly tubing to slip over it. Now place the end in the oil fill hole start the engine let it run for a couple minutes to clean out any micro contaminates and fill your oil sample bottle. Send it to Blackstone they are recognized as reputable. They will tell you the condition and how long you can continue to run. Explain to them in a note what you are trying to accomplish.
