2015 Cummins Turbo Actuator
I just got a letter from FCA advising that they are extending the warranty on my turbo actuator to 15 years and 150k miles. How common is this problem and how expensive of a fix is it out of warranty...

This extended warranty so far has only applies to 2015 models. Mine was replaced under warranty last year. Mine is a 2015 so I have another 56k or 8 years left on my newly extended warranty.
Yes it's a fairly common problem. There is a form on the back side of your letter that a person can fill out if they had paid out of pocket for an actuator replacement.
Nice FCA is extending warranty on these and paying if a person already paid out of pocket.
