The real issue here seems to be people understanding what they need out of a truck BEFORE they buy and not believing the "best case scenario" ads.
Here on the RV board we're left to pick up the pieces and break the bad news to the poor folks that just laid down 30K for a truck that doesn't do what they thought it did.
