As I said, I've seen first hand what payload numbers are. I also was looking at a Hemi 5.7L V8 Crew Cab 4WD, not a much lighter 3.6L V6 Double Cab 2WD. They compare that lighter truck against a F150 Turbo V6 Crew Cab 4WD.
Also pickup trucks.com has previously stated base weights of F150s as scale weights, which were not actual weights.
Go out to a dealer, ask them to open the doors of a Hemi 5.7L Crew Cab 4WD truck and then actually look at the payload numbers as I have. Then you don't have to go off incorrect numbers off of truck reviews.
