There is, it just depends how deep your pockets are. You need to already have the towing mirrors. Then you need THIS and mount the wireless camera for the rear of the trailer to the top of the truck cab above the center brake light. Or fork out some more bucks and throw THIS into the mix in addition. You'll also need a flash of the trucks system after installation by a GM dealer for around $150.00. Call it an even $1500.00
The GM system is completely absolutely plug and play NO, repeat NO flashing required NOR is it required to be dealer installed.
I installed it on my 2015 Denali. took me about 2 hours to do the total install. once installed, turned on the truck, everything worked. so, it can easily be done by getting the system from a dealer selling on ebay. Truck monkey in Sandy oregon often has the best price.
and in addition to the CHMSL camera it will also accept other cameras as well, Not needing to see the bed, I mounted a camera on the front license plate forward looking. you get a total of 5 cameras you can view. left side, right side, factory rear camera, trailer camera and one open slot for any other camera you want to mount. In reverse you can select between the factory tailgate camera or the trailer/CHMSL camera. on the display you can display an individual camera or combinations simultaneously. and you can have the left and right cameras come on with the turn signals if desired. or have them stay on.
