Rumor has it GM is bringing out an iron block 6.2 similar to the 5.3 and 6.0. It will be a heavy duty engine . Although the current 6.2 will hold up to the abuse in my honest opinion. Still impressed with the 5.3 and 8 speed trans. seems to be a great combo and one very stout engine.
