They increase your load carrying capacity, really help leveling the truck, hitching up is a breeze now, and she rides like a Cadillac.
Adding airbags does not increase your load carrying capacity, nothing will. They will level the truck but ratings don't change and are limited by frame, tire, axle, capacities and more.
