"According to the dealer they got the truck 0n June 6, 2016 with 23000 miles and used up until Jan. Of 2017 to transport cars adding over 22000 miles to the truck. Original owner had for 11 months. Carfax see to back his statements."
Some dealer jockey transporting heavy loads of cars seeing how fast he can take off from stop lights or race other people up the hills for 22,000 miles would make me a little nervous. So they haven't been sitting on it for a year trying to sell it - in seven months they drove it like mad with heavy loads.
