WAY TOO MUCH $$$$$, I would offer $40k nothing more as the mileage is a bit on the high side. Personally I wouldn't buy a truck that everybody and anybody drove, if it was always owned by an individual that cared for it fine.
As for the fuel pump my previous 2011 6.7 had ZERO issues in 110k miles, change the fuel filters every 10k miles and watch where you get fuel from. I traded that truck in only because it was a f250 so I could go to a DRW. go ahead and visit the ford forums as suggested, fuel pump failures now are rare, seems to have been 2011/12 were when most of them had failures.
