OP...not sure what weight your pulling, but if you can find a 2015/2016 F350 drw with 4:30 gears and the high capacity tow like mine it is rated for 26k towing. Yes I believe the 450 will tow 30k but the gvwr is the same between the 2 truck.
BTW brand new last year I paid $60k and got 0% financing this is why I feel the F450 you were looking at is too much.
