Frankly, you don't know what any of us own. If you are hoping that someone who owns a RAM has exactly your model and will post on your thread titled GMC vibration, keep hoping. You should also keep in mind that there are lots of dealers installing truck campers on a daily basis wrongly. That's why you see so many people upgrading trucks if you follow the threads here for a long time.
It's actually not hard to dispute what the dealer told you. It doesn't seem like you've done any searches or are bad at it. Here's one article that specifically talks about payload for Rams.
