2016 silverado/sierra duramax next Gen ??
Have been noticing more photos of 2500 duramax trucks and the hoods seem to be camouflaged with more venting. Could this be from a next Gen duramax ??

Thanks for the dates but are you sure about the new frame? The current frame is only 5 years old and it has all the same weight ratings as Ford and Dodge.
I highly doubt frame changes. As you noted it went through a big chassis update in 2011 and manufacturers don't build chassis for 5yr lifecycle. More like 15+yr... The current GM chassis is very competitive in its current forum. None of the articles I have read on the next Dmax truck mention anything about frame/chassis changes. We'll see...
