Erase Dry Weight from your mind; it means nothing. Concentrate, instead, on GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), which is the total weight of the trailer when it is fully loaded. Compare the GVWR of the trailer to your truck's fifth wheel towing capacity and then make your decision.
