They both will do it (towing wise), but you're going to compromise no matter which you choose. I.e. If you buy the 150, you'll have a better DD, if you buy the 250/350 you'll tow better, but have a harder time in parking lots (think turning radius here, as it's the one thing I dislike about my truck). So, you have to way the pros, and cons, and decide. Were it me I your shoes, I'd get the f150. No question, as long as your towing distances aren't real long, and you don't plan on getting a bigger trailer in the near future. For me, I have a commuter car for daily driving, and my truck for towing/hauling. Lots of guys out here daily driving SuperDutys and doing just fine though. Good luck.
