F250. That weight trailer is borderline for an F150. It would tow it okay but not as well, and the cost difference is minimal. The F150 would be a bit more car like but modern heavy duty trucks work just fine as daily drivers too - I have no issues commuting in mine.
And I concur with the comments regarding payload. An F150 may be close on the door tag but it's a totally different animal from an F250. The difference between an F150 and an F250 is significant, while the difference between an F250 an an F350 ranges from minimal to nonexistent.
