2017 F-250 Ike Gauntlet

What I can't figure is how the F350 was such a horrible disappointment (Subjective score of 17 & 18) and the identical truck in a F250 was the highest score ever ( subjective part was 22 & 23). Likely if the F350 had been manually shifted to make use of the 440 HP it would have been wonderful as well. I find it disappointing that the Powerstroke with all its new technology, like the reverse flow heads and turbo in the centre of the V, never seems to be able to grab the mpg title.
