How do you figure cheaper per mile? Keep in mind I take care of a fleet of trucks, class 8 trucks included.
For me ,remember for me -canadian I very rarely buy fuel here where it runs about double state side.
I save 2-300 bucks per fill ,more then makes up for the mileage difference between my pick up
and the volvo -class 7 btw-.
A major engine or transmission repair doesn't bear thinking about ,but maintenance has been the close to the same as my F250.
I recently replace 4 drives $390 each should last way longer then pick up tires and a alternator $250 including a belt.
No other bills , remember you maintain a fleet that does more miles in 3 weeks than I do in a year
