Sure with no load that's probably doable but with half a leaf spring setup that's there to prevent axle wrap I doubt will support any serious load.

More importantly on the 2017 Super Duty...:B I received some feedback a while back from one of the guys that's in Ford's We Own Work promotion video's and he stated the F350 SRW that he was shown will have a 3" receiver and squatting will be a figment of your imagination.

I can and have run my bags flat and my truck has zero springs under it.
