Should be a GREAT TRUCK The Diesel engine is still not my cup of tea.

It should be a really nice truck and the stiffer frame will allow the engineers to dial in a much better ride and handling balance than the older model, which was as rigid as a bowl of jello. Note that I'm not saying it was a bad or weak frame, just that it isn't very stiff. Youtube has covered the subject well. Unfortunately the diesel will still have the CP4 achilles heal. Despite that I'm sure it'll tow the pants off of any camper trailer without breaking a sweat.

You have the 2011 model the 2017 is the same with more stuff added on. Basically the same engine.
