They are not 80K, a well optioned Crew Cab 4WD XLT 6.2L can be had for thousands under 50K. Just go to their built site. These new F250s are the same, if not cheaper, than the previous steel 2016 F250. I know, I was going to buy a 2016 F250 until the poor fuel economy convinced me going poor wasn't a good decision.

What sucks about the 2017 Duper Duty is I finally had a shot at getting a Ford SD that wasn't a going on 20 year old new truck and the new company I just went to work for runs all Chebbies!
Was just about time to upgrade my '15 F250 to a '17 model too.......dang!

Suppose I could go buy one myself, but my 10 year old Dodge is still Rollin coal pretty handily!

It was the same when I bought my early 99 Superduty, could' find one, and the price was pretty much non negotiable . Ordered one ,and waited for a few months.

These 2017's will cool down just like the rest.

And we are plenty far enough off topic now... can I appeal to my fellow "Ram Mafia" (I don't even know if I am an official member, still haven't received any literature in the mail...) to let it go? This is a Ford Super Duty thread. They look like great trucks. They aren't a threat to Rams, they are competition to make our already great trucks even better... both sides of the Ford/Ram debate.

By the way, in case anyone was keeping track, the Toyota Tundra still leads the list in resale value for pickup trucks... Most consistently built in the USA since 2007 as well...

Do you remove the cab to service rear of the engine components?
