Hopefully the airbags will handle the suspension issues. After you load up, you need to determine the weight on the rear tires. If you are at or beyond the load ratings, seriously consider an upgrade to 19.5 wheels and tires. At full load, even if your tires handle it without a major failure, your tire wear will be poor. Also the tires will tend to balloon and expose the sidewalls to damage if you drive off pavement.
