Since you are under but say you will mostly tow with the truck I would get the 4.10's. They will give the best performance.

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked and found Ford's version of the Ram chart you showed. Looks like they rate the PS DRW 4x4 3.55 and 4.10 the same, 21,000 lbs for conventional bumper pull towing. And I will be hauling/towing about half of that (11,000 lbs).
One thing that sticks in my mind is back in 2006, I test drove 2 Ford V-10 gas motor F350's. One had 4.10s or 4.30s and the other had 3.55s or 3.73s. That lower geared truck was a hotrod compared to the higher geared truck.
