When I bought my 03 RAM new, it was a new body style and bed length. I remember being really worried about finding a hitch initially because no one made one. Within a few months, I could get pretty much any brand I wanted.
My advice, unless you are going on a trip soon, wait a couple months and let the companies catch up. You will have better choices then.
