My original information about standard/optional availability or either the 6 or 10 speed transmissions came from a magazine article that includes a transmission availability chart. The final authority of such is the Ford 2020 Super Duty Order guide (google it.) It appears from a quick reading of the 8/14/19 version, the 6.2 engine comes with the 6 speed G version regardless of trim when in an F-250. When the 6.2 is in an F-350 in comes with the 10 speed. The 6.7 and 7.3 always come with a 10 speed. It looks like the 6 speed non-G version of TorqueShift is gone.
