After a 400 mile roadtrip this weekend at 70-80 mph with my 6 speed Allison, engine noise is not a big deal to me, however tire/road noise could be improved. Sounds like a really impressive package. I actually kind of like running at 1500+ RPM cruise with my LML Duramax, because even though the fuel economy starts to dip a bit the turbo is well spooled up so the throttle response is fantastic. I'd kindof like a "Sport" mode.
