That would be Queen Anne Ave going south to Florentia on north side. Less than 300' elevation. Actually 24.5%!
Some of you can say a 12% grade an RV person will not have to worry about, I doubt it. If I knew how many local roads getting to and from homes, driveways etc that are 15-20%.......
