I imagine most 1/2 ton buyers could care less about 4 wheel low.
Those that do want 4-wheel low have most likely done their homework and are not surprised.
Many actually consider AWD an improvement vs.locking hubs,transfer cases etc.
You don't need 4 wheel low to get groceries.
