Here's another data point on the 2020 Power Stroke fuel economy. This hot shot driver reports his current 2020 Power Stroke rental is making "Night and Day" better fuel economy than his previous 2019 Dodge Ram (non HO) rental. His report is in line with TFL test where the fuel economy was better in the Power Stroke and the exhaust brake was better in the Ram.
