Yep, Firepunk was only talking about the gen 1 CP4 in their video when they was comparing it to how fast the new CP4(found in the Cummins and Powerstroke) spins. They have not torn apart a new CP4 in a 2017+ Powerstroke yet and and he pointed out, they do not even sell pumps for them on their website like they do for the 2011-2016 PSD's. (

So while the gen 2 CP4 found on the 2019+ Cummins does spin faster than the older gen 1 pumps found on the 2011-2016 PSD's and Dmax's, the assumption that the gen 2 CP4 on the 2019+ Cummins spins faster the the gen 2 pump on the 2017+ PSD is just that, an assumption based on a video which the maker of the video refuted.
