Then why does the CP4.2 (gen 1)gear for a 2012 Power Stroke and a CP4.2 (gen 2) for a 2019 Power Stroke have the same part# and 59 teeth on the gears?
Same part number? What part number are you looking at?FishOnOne wrote:
My suggestion is for Firepunk to put his statement in writing or include it in one of his videos!
Yes, I am sure that Firepunk is going to go through the trouble of releasing a written statement just to pacify a Ford fanboy that misinterpreted their words in a video just so he can throw dirt on Cummins like he usually does and spends every waking moment of his existence trying to do because it gives him a chubby.FishOnOne wrote:
Also the pictures of the CP4.2 pumps gear for the Fords on Firepunks website are not even close to being a gear for Ford application.
That was not the point. The point was that he does not even sell parts for or touched the fuel system on a 2017+ truck.
Typical response when someone looses a debate and doesn't have any facts to present.
What facts? You were using a video as evidence and I actually contacted the person who made the video because I knew them and they did not back up your version of the way you spun what they said. That is a fact that can be backed up if you call them. You say it is the same part number. What is that part number? I hope you are not using the part number that is posted on Ford parts .com because that is just the base part number, not the complete part number.
