2020 SportTrek 312VRK -noisy converter elec box/panel

Thoughts? I have a 2020 Sporttreck 312 VRK. From day one he fuse box area/converter have been so noisy we cannot have one single light on at night. The box is in the bedroom. With no lights on we can ...

I don't know if a bad battery is causing the excessive charging, but the noise is probably coming from the cheap cooling fan in the converter. I replaced mine with a ball bearing fan that cost $.73 more. Yes, they go after every penny.
