I have a 2021 palomino that I've had issues with the motors
- joerg68Nomad IIIIn that case, I hope your issues will be solved with the new actuators.
Electric roof lifts are great. If they work...
A friend took delivery of a new popup camper (brand name withheld) in spring. After a few uses, one of the corner lifts failed. A retainer bolt had come loose. Quick fix, but should not be necessary. The cabover corner leak was worse. Quality, it was not. - bobartonExplorerI've checked all the fuses, reprogrammed the remotes and reset the controller. I've never tried to raise it with locks on. I've only used it twice. Pretty sad...
Since it's brand new I took it back to the dealer. They have since told me they have been having issues with those roof lifts. Bad design and moisture was seeping in from the top and causing problems. The Gen 2 lifts have addressed the issue I'm told by Palomino and 4 new ones are on the way. We'll see but it's pretty sad that a brand new camper already has major issues like this but I hope the lift manufacturer has completely addressed the issue with the Gen 2 Lifts. - joerg68Nomad III
the odds of 4 motors failing at exactly the same time are astronomical
Seconded.
Not sure if this will help... I believe, Rieco Titan makes the lift for your camper, but I am not sure. Here is the RT manual:

Thoughts, based on this document:
There is a 25 A fuse that inhibits operation when blown.
Do you have a remote for the roof lift? If so, there is a corresponding control board somewhere in your camper. The board has two relays that may fail. There is also a circuit braker or fuse in line.
Did you try to raise the roof at any time while still latched? - Chuck_and_DiExplorerEven with a design defect, the odds of 4 motors failing at exactly the same time are astronomical. I'd try to get another opinion. Is it under warranty?
- bobartonExplorerYes,to all of your questions. The tech at the dealer said all for motors need to be replaced. I'm thinking there is a problem with the design at the manufacture. I'm just wondering if my situation is an isolated incident or is there a broader issue. Thank you.
- joerg68Nomad IIIAre none of them working?
Do other 12 V electrics work (water pump, interior lighting)?
If yes to both, look for a blown fuse or a connection that has come loose, e.g at the switch or at the control board for the roof lift if one exists.
