Three RAM trucks(1993, 2001.5 and the 2015) all have had filters changed from the top and new filter pre-filled. Not a drop spilled both removing the used filter and installing the new one. Got the change the oil and filter again in the next couple weeks. Intake hose from air box to turbo removed on all three.
