Been looking all over for this. Where did you see it? I initially have been considering a chevy 2500 or 3500 gasser but not a fan of the the lack of screen size and from what I've read the 6 spd transmission is not exactly ideal. Was leaning toward a Ram or maybe ford until I saw this release. Really like the new layout in the cab. The trany will still be a major factor if that also dont offer another option there.
You’re correct. The lowest powered engine, combined with a 15 year old transmission design and topped off with no availability of deeper final drives puts GM in 3rd place by a good margin. Maybe that sells more Duramaxes? I’m sure it sells more Hemi Rams and Fordzilla motor trucks!
The uhh interesting front clip on the Chebbies is just the cherry on top! One can only hope they get a decent refresh, even if they’re the same as the half tons.
Although the new current model GMC HDs, while looking a little to “busy” to me, look far better than the Chebbies.
