My trailer is prolly about the same weight, bumper pull.
Towed about 11K miles in the last year with the new Ram 2500 CTD.
Try to keep it at 65 mph, but will exceed that when passing (rarely).
Get about 11.3 mpgUS from the gauge.
But when compared to hand calced, my gauge is about 3-4% high.
So really about 10.9 mpgUS when towing.
Like the OP, I lock out 6th in the hills. Usually run with T/H and exhaust brake on Auto.
