As previously said, it will do the job if it has the factory tow package (or aftermarket equivalent), but I see a heavier vehicle tow vehicle in your future. Your trailer is going to have plenty of tongue weight which is going to max out the carrying capacity of the 'Burb. Since you are buying a bunkhouse, I assume you have kids, and that means lots of people and their stuff. You will be OK to start, but you should be looking at a one ton van with a big gasser or diesel ....
