The only concern I'd have is with the loaded tongue weight. You'll be at 1100-1200 pounds. If it was a really special or unique circumstance, I'd do it. Maybe reinforce the receiver.

However, that floorplan is very common. I suspect you can find a similar one that has a little lower dry TW. I have been looking at larger trailers tow pull with the same TV as you. I have a rough limit of 75000 pounds dry and 800 pounds dry TW.
