Here is the sticker from my 2011 which is a little more clear.
The owners manual has different limits for TW than the receiver sticker. 1000 pounds for weight carrying and 1500 pounds for WD for the 3/4 tons. There is about 2000 pounds of payload and 2000 pounds of rear axle capacity from empty for our vehicles, so the manual limits seem to make sense for the vehicle/suspension. But that receiver....
