2500 vs 2500 HD
I'm trying to find out what the differences are between a std. 2006 Ram 2500 diesel and in Heavy Duty. I'm particularly interested in the payload/towing capacity differences. Anybody know off the top of their head?

- They didn't call the Mega Cab a HD but it had the same GVWR and axle ratings. It was a heavy truck so it didn't have much of a payload. The rest of the 2500's were the same except for the gas trucks and I think their GVWR was 200 pounds less.
- not off the top of my head but you may be able to look it up on trailer life web site. they have the tow ratings listed on it.
